At Paradis Sport, operated by PARADIS SPORT LLC, we are committed to providing customers with premium women’s activewear, sports underwear, and performance apparel, along with reliable customer service. We understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary, and we have established a clear and transparent return policy to ensure a smooth and fair experience.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase, order confirmation, or receipt is required.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from Paradis Sport through our official website.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards and store credits.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise not caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Certain intimate apparel items where return restrictions apply for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@paradissportusa.com and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

2. Receive Return Authorization

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.

3. Ship the Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping service.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Inspection & Approval

Upon receipt, returned merchandise will be inspected to verify that it meets the return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

5. Refund or Exchange

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

If an exchange is requested, replacement products will be shipped based on current inventory availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, Paradis Sport will cover applicable return shipping costs and provide either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size, color, or style is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative product of equal value, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged shipment
  • An incorrect item sent by Paradis Sport

For higher-value returns, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise without tracking information.
