At Paradis Sport, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

Intimate apparel and undergarments that have been worn, washed, or used.
Personal care products.
Gift cards.
Downloadable digital products or software.
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, including:

Items with obvious signs of wear or use.
Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Products that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by Paradis Sport.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within several business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Contact your bank, since posted refunds may require additional processing time.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items are generally not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive store credit equal to the value of your return.

If the gift was shipped to the original purchaser first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping expenses may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

For higher-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that do not include tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve the matter promptly.
